Agreement to These Terms

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. 333pet reserves the right to verify your identity at any point using documentation including but not limited to national identity card, passport, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Account registration is free of charge. 333pet does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an account, though certain transaction methods may carry processing fees applied by the payment provider, which are outside our control.
2. Account Management
2.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at any time. If we detect that a player has registered more than one account โ whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers, IP addresses, or device identifiers โ we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and permanently withhold any balances held in those accounts.
2.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
2.3 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances after providing reasonable notice. Balances that fall to zero in a dormant account will result in the account being closed.
2.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. If your account is closed for responsible gaming reasons, reinstatement requests will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 333pet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to the card issuer's terms regarding online gambling transactions.

4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and any other promotional credits offered by 333pet are subject to the specific terms displayed alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance will expire and be removed from your account after that period.
4.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an account under any name, email address, phone number, or payment method are not eligible for new-player promotions. 333pet reserves the right to disqualify any bonus claim where there is evidence of abuse or breach of eligibility conditions.
4.4 Promotion Changes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account at the time of the change, provided you have not yet breached any bonus condition.
4.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5. Game Rules & Betting
5.1 Fair Play & RNG. 5.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 333pet will attempt to settle bets fairly based on available data. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 333pet is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 Player Protection Tools. 333pet provides all registered players with access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools directly within their account settings. 6.2 Self-Exclusion. 10.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
